"If I return to Phnom Penh this will be my go to hotel. Ideally placed near The Royal Palace it is clean, comfortable and an oasis of peace and quiet in a noisy city. It's small enough to feel immediately at home and the staff are all lovely. Nothing seems too much trouble. And, as a bonus, there's a clean, shady pool to cool off in after a hot day."
