### Bright cottage with shared pool and private garden

This quiet and bright cottage, housed in recently renovated former 18th-century outbuildings, is located on a characterful family property.  
On the ground floor: a spacious entrance hall (with a separate toilet) opens onto a large living room decorated in soft tones with exposed beams and stonework, an open fireplace on the living room side, and a fully equipped kitchen on the dining side. It also opens onto a double bedroom with a private toilet and bathroom (shower).  
Upstairs: a mezzanine ideal for children (two 90 x 190 cm beds) with a TV lounge, a double bedroom (two 90 x 190 cm beds), a large bedroom with two 90 x 190 cm joined beds and an extra 90 x 175 cm antique bed, a bathroom (shower), and a separate toilet.  
Private garden with countryside views, gravelled terrace for dining and relaxing. Charcoal barbecue. Owners' swimming pool (8 x 4 m), adjoining the cottage, is available from 10 \[hidden\] to 6 \[hidden\] and is open from May 15th to September 30th, weather permitting.  
Many attractions nearby: a fitness trail, children's playground, a water playground, a pétanque court, and a mini-stadium (basketball and football) are 2 km away.  
Rail bikes are 16 km away, kayaking, and treetop adventure trails are 12 km away, Paléopolis is 37 km away, Le Pal is 40 km away, and the National Museum of Stage Costume (CNCS) is 24 km away.  
Rich architectural and cultural heritage is nearby. Romanesque churches, often painted, are to be discovered, and numerous concerts and theatrical performances are held during the summer.
