Some isues I had were quickly resolved by the Manager. Thank you .The reception staff were helpful.
The evening meal was satisfctory but a solitary experince and there was a very limited menu as the restaurant was reserved for "confrence" members.This is clearly a hotel for students and not for others who are visitors to Bimingham.
