Bathroom: tub and shower, sink and toilet. This unit has an on-demand water heater. Towels, shampoo and soap provided. There is a Smart TV downstairs. You can sign into and watch your streaming services (Netflix, Amazon, etc.) on the TV, we do not provide any TV services/cable at this time. The steps up to the hard futon mattress are tall, narrow steps and I had to crawl up and down them and unfortunately the first night I missed the bottom step and have quite the shiner on my hip. After we got settled in and found all the hidden storage we saw we could store all of our gear and have places to hang out. In the end it worked out great for our group.
