This holiday rental enjoys a sunny position, with the sea and beach within a short walking distance of 300 m and 500 m respectively. The property boasts a private garden spanning 630 m2, complete with a lawn and blooming flowers. Guests can take advantage of the angular swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm) with an internal staircase, available seasonally from April 15 to October 15. Additional amenities include an outdoor shower, a terrace (15 m2), and pool maintenance provided by the owner/gardener. Two of the rooms feature a comfortable French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/bidet/WC, satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. The third bedroom offers a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/bidet/WC, satellite TV (flat screen), and air conditioning. All three bedrooms have direct access to the swimming pool, allowing you to seamlessly transition between indoor and outdoor living spaces.
