Lovely Villa
Lovely villa with plenty of room, could do with extra armchairs so that you could all sit down together. We visited in September and the pool was too cold to use. Beach literally 5 minute walk from villa. Supermarkets within walking distance and main town within a 20 minute walk with good restaurants. Owners very helpful and brought us some fresh figs from their their own tree. A visit to the aquarium in Pula well worth it. Would stay again.

Outstanding spacious villa with excellent owners
The villa really is as good as it looks on the photos. The owners are a friendly and very helpful local family making this a fantastic place to stay with family or friends. It's on the edge of Medulin so a little walk into town and the more busy tourist beach, but very close to two good supermarkets. Some good quality and genuine restaurants and bars in the town. We'd recommend Taxi-Goran for your airport transfer and other trips. We had a brilliant week - thank you Tatjana & your family.

amazing week away
Just arrived home from a week in this villa. On arrival the owner and her husband welcomed us with biscuits, water, beer and oranage juice. The villa is absolutely amazing. Clean and tidy and has everything you need - washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, washing line and more. The villa is only a 15 minuets walk from the centre of Medulin which is very pretty. The owners gave us a number of a taxi driver which we used and he was amazing, would highly recomend using him. We used him for a few trips to super market and into Rovinj, very reliable guy. We did have a problem with the air conditioning but the owners where amazing and had an engineer out within an hour to fix it. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting a nice relaxing holiday. Due to the issues we had with the air conditioning the owners very kindly cooked 9 of us an evening meal and brought it to the villa for us. Can not praise the owners enough. We are hoping to return back next year.

Denne fantastiske villaen har alt du kan ønske deg for en vellykket ferie!
Siste uken i juni leide vi denne fantastiske villaen i Medulin for å feire et 70-årslag med barnebarn, barn og svigerbarn. Villaen er topp utstyrt. God plass, trenger du å trekke deg litt tilbake lar det seg fint gjøre. Sentral beliggenhet med havutsikt, gangavstand til sentrum med supermarkeder og restauranter.
Vertskapet er hyggelige og imøtekommende, yter den hjelp du måtte trenge.
Vi anbefaler denne villaen på det varmeste.

Total gelungener Aufenthalt
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ganze Organisation war unkompliziert. Danke nochmal für die Begrüssungsleckereien.
Die Umgebung muss noch ein wenig angepasst werden. Strassen teilweise noch Schotterstrassen.
Zum Baden eher weniger geeignet, doch der Pool war fantastisch.

Traumhafte Villa, sehr zu empfehlen
Die Villa ist wirklich super schön, top eingerichtet und mit allem ausreichend ausgestattet. Es fehlte an gar nichts!
Der Pool und auch das ganze Haus ist sehr gepflegt und absolut sauber. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr nett empfangen und sind total hilfsbereit und unkompliziert.
Für uns war alles perfekt und wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche hier! Vielen Dank!

Wunderschöne Villa
Wir haben super einfach und unkompliziert über FeWo- direkt gebucht. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und die Kommunikation war wirklich easy. Wir haben auf all unsere Fragen in kürzester Zeit eine passende Antworten bekommen. Die Anreise war unkompliziert. Die Vermieter haben bereits bei Ankunft mit Willkommensgetränken und nützlichen Infos rund um die Region und unseren bevorstehenden Urlaub auf uns gewartet. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben vorzufinden und hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen. Es ist alles für den täglichen gebraucht vorhanden. Am besten hat uns neben dem schönen großen und sauberem Pool auch die liebevoll eingerichtet und sauberen zimmer (teilweiße sogar mit Meerblicke) gefallen. Das Meer ist in ca. 200 Metern gut zu Fuß erreichbar. In ein paar Gehminuten ist man direkt am Hafen, dort findet man alles. Von Restaurant, Bar, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Shoppingmöglichkeiten bis hin zu Bootstouren, Safari usw.
Uns hat der Urlaub in dieser Villa sehr gut gefallen und wir können dieses nur zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
Wir wareb mit 8 Erwachsene und einem Kind in dieser Villa. Es ist dennoch Platz für mehr Personen.
