The property, parking space and garden with outdoor shower are for your exclusive use. Here you are completely to yourself, like in your own little holiday home. The owners live on the other side of the building and use another property with a different entrance. There are many beautiful beaches in the quiet surroundings. There are several beaches close to the Sanja holiday apartment in Banjole. There is a grove in front of the house, from here you can walk to the Soline bay in just under 10 minutes (650 m). On the other side, Resort Del Mar on Paltana Bay is about 900 meters away. In Banjole there are a variety of other beaches, such as the "Beach Centinera". The restaurants Batelins (recommended by the MICHELIN Guide), Ankora and Salvia are about 350-400 m from the holiday home. You will also find a variety of restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors... in Banjole. The nearest supermarket is about 300 m away from the holiday home. The largest supermarket (recommended for bulk purchases) is on the main road (at the entrance to Banjole). Nevertheless, we recommend arriving by car, as European bus companies only go to the Pula bus station, from there (approx. 10 km) you would have to continue by bus to Banjole. Die Wohnung ist groß genug, eine schöne Aufteilung! Es ist alles da was man braucht, allerdings sollten spezielle Küchenutensilien mitgebracht werden, nur das Notwendigste ist da. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, aber man ist schnell überall wo man hinmöchte. Pula ist höchstens 10 Minuten mit dem Auto weg. Mehrere Strände in der Nähe, sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung übertraf all meine Erwartungen und bot einen perfekten Rückzugsort für eine erholsame Auszeit. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist einfach fantastisch. Sie liegt in einer malerischen Umgebung, umgeben von atemberaubender Natur und doch nur wenige Minuten von der nächsten Stadt entfernt. Dadurch konnte ich sowohl die Ruhe und Idylle genießen als auch problemlos alle Annehmlichkeiten der Umgebung nutzen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt, war vorhanden. Die Einrichtung ist modern, geschmackvoll und sehr gemütlich. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Sauberkeit und die Liebe zum Detail, mit der die Wohnung gepflegt wird. Der Vermieter war äußerst nett und hilfsbereit. Er stand mir bei Fragen zur Verfügung und gab mir wertvolle Tipps zur Erkundung der Umgebung. Es war eine Freude, mit ihm in Kontakt zu treten, und ich fühlte mich von Anfang an gut aufgehoben. Alles in allem war mein Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung ein absoluter Traum. Ich kann sie nur jedem empfehlen, der eine erholsame und komfortable Zeit fernab des Alltagsstress sucht.
