The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building constructed in 1985 and is furnished in a modern and functional manner. The property is situated in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its sunny location. Available for shared use are: barbecue facilities and garden furniture.

Premantura. The holiday apartment is located on a 400 sqm large, enclosed garden plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car).
