Recently renovated house with garden, swimming pool and outdoor dining services in the center of Medulin. Kitchen with dining area and living room upstairs. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are distributed through 2 floors. Free parking and Wi-Fi.  
The house is located in Medulin center 20m bank form, shop, restaurant etc. The nearest beach is the pebble beach on Vizula 5min walking distance (300m). Sandy beach Bieca is 1km away. This holiday home is ideal for families or small groups. The house is fully furnished for eight people. It has four well-appointed rooms. Living room with dining area and kitchen. Kitchen is equipped and includes fridge, freezer, electric hobs, oven and all other kitchen utensils. In addition to this, there are two bathrooms both with shower. Guests also have air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, linens and towels. Parking is in the back yard.  
Main feature is the private garden with pool and children's trampoline, dining area and barbecue, solar shower and a beautiful floral composition.
