"We rented a room with a balcony, and were delighted with the accommodations. Plenty of room for our family, great location (close to the Spanish Steps), and the apartment was equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator & washing machine. It was like having an actual home in Rome, and the staff were very responsive & helpful. We would definitely return!"

"Huge room with vaulted ceilings. Closet is small and not many plug outlets so make sure to pack light and bring outlet spliter for all your electronic devices. Very walkable to everywhere in Rome including Roma Central and nearby metro stop. We did arrive late and used WhatsApp to communicate with very easy instructions with pictures so we knew we were in right room. Enjoy the tight elevator. When in Rome do as the Romans do. Get squished ;)"

"This propert felt like the perfect location for our trip to Rome. It wasn’t too far from the Termini and it was only 1 street away from the Santa Maggiore, but the atmosphere was much calmer than I expected. It was a nice surprise. "Just keep on mind that this is suits NOT a hotel. We stayed for a couple nights and we don’t regret. They are very well located, Since they are not a hotel, I recommend you to contact them with the details about the time of your arrival. The biggest concern is the elevator: VERY SMAL (350 kg), and the suits are located at the fourth floor!"
