Got there having been previously booked in and on arrival it was closed down , no email or message from either hotel or Hotel .com to confirm this 28/12/2022 . dark raining and tired after driving down from Calais to find the hotel deserted .

Tired hotel
Hotel needed to tlc. Only hand wash supplied so had to get own shampoo and shower gel. Bedding was clean however towels were well worn. Lots of road traffic noise.

Good for a short stay
We enjoyed our stay very convenient for our ongoing travel by car to the UK. The room was okay for the price and because of the time of the year was able to use the swimming pool. Would stay there again. Also parking without having to pay extra.

Think old style US Motel, rundown and mouldy
Staff less than helpful, with a completely couldn't careless attitude. All the rooms were external as the central part of the hotel locked up from 11pm. Mould in the downstairs corridor. Hotel in quite a rundown state.

Dreadful, had to find other accommodation!
Dreadfully tired hotel with terrible service. Tired cold room, I had to find alternative accommodation. Along with the extremely poor standard of the room, there is no wifi as promised in the listing, and is painted in a three meter high sign on the outside hotel wall. Due to the lack of promised facilities the hotel agreed to refund the cost paid. Despite efforts by Hotels.com the hotel has failed to honour this.

We stay there for one night, stayed before found it very convenient for our onward journey. Probably stay again cheap and cheerful.

Pictures lie!!!
Our hearts sank when we pulled up at this hotel it looked tired and run down and did not improve much when we got inside. This hotel bore very little resemblance to the pictures on the website. The staff however were welcoming and helpful. The only good thing to say about the bedroom was that it was clean and tidy but somewhat on the very small size. There was no working kettle (there was one but it did not work) and complimentary tea/coffee as indicated in the hotel description thankfully we had are own travel kettle. There also was no hair-dryer which was also indicated in the hotel description. On the upside was did have dinner in the restaurant which was good. Just about adequate for a night stop for the price.

A Myriad of Good Things at Kyriad
The check in was fast and smooth, as was the checkout. I was tired at the end of the day of driving, and the staff facilitated a quick process. The room was clean and had a big bed, and the location was near the highway without being noisy. They also had a variety of free teas and coffee in the room.

Out of Town Gem.
The hotel staff were excellent. Very friendly and attentive. The room and bathroom, although on the small side were both clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the liquid soap dispensers - not the usual bars of soap! The dinner menu was comprehensive and enjoyable.

Overnight stop
We were travelling back from Spain and needed an overnight stop. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the room although small was adequate. Restaurant was closed on Sunday but we found fast food outlet within five minutes walk. We had breakfast at hotel which was varied and plentiful at reasonable cost. We had a small dog with us which caused no problem. All in all we would stay here again and it is minutes from the main route so no travelling time is lost.

Très mauvaise expérience.
Pire expérience dans un hôtel ! Odeur de tabac à la réception et dans la chambre. 2 degrés dehors et le chauffage n’était pas allumé dans la chambre à notre arrivée le soir. Une fois allumé la température de la chambre n’a pas dépassé les 14 degrés ! La pomme de douche était fixée avec du scotch. La lunette des wc n’était pas fixée. Le carrelage était tellement froid qu’il était humide et glissant.

unpetit bien seulement
de passage sur Saintes pour un mariage sur Saintes. Une seule nuit. petit déjeuner bien. Propreté acceptable mais l'établissement intérieur et exterieur aurait franchement besoin d'un sérieux rafraichissement pour l'amener en 2022 !

Bonjour, Très agréable la piscine par cette forte chaleur. En revanche chambre non climatisées et compliqué d'ouvrir au vu du passage en extérieur. Chambre très moyenne pour le prix. Petit déjeuner moyen.
