it is a cheater. we were booked to another hotel which is owned by the same company. we arrived in the midnight and were told they do not have space despite the fact that we paid for it. then, we are asked to stay in this hotel. it was one of the worse hotel. we had to stay on night and check out the next day. we paid for three nights and asked for the refund of two nights we did not use due to their fault. they never refund. they are real cheater. I blame both the hotel and Travelocity. I called Travelocity to get my money back. their argument was that since I accepted to stay one night there, I had to stay two more. that was nonsense. I had no place to go at 1 am. therefore, I had to stay. Travelocity agents could not get this point even when I attempted several time to do so.

The location of the property is Ideal for worshippers.There does not exist any thing known as administration or management.Elevators are incapable of coping with the crowd around.

The reception persons smoke behind the desk.they could not find my Expedia reservation and ask me to give them cash until try can sort out my reservation.ac did not work in my room 1418.TV did not work.flush came off.bed light line was too short to connect.coffee maker line was too short to connect. Very terrible check in experience.showed them my email from Expedia and they would not believe me.
