The Neighborhood: This is one of Medina city's first houses, built in 1853, this, in all the majestic grandeur of the day, this almost 200 year old house has been modernized. with a new kitchen, new bathrooms, updated electric, mini split heat and air conditioning, and a stackable washer and dryer, not to mention the glamor of the old wrap round outdoor porch and a beautiful rear patio cover. and facing a fire pit and garden. This is the rear half of the house while the owners occupy the front half of the house. The owners are very proud of their painstaking restoration and modernization of the front space and the rear space.
