"Hotel and room were good, front desk employee not so much. I tried calling down several times and she didn't answer. I got dressed went down from the 5th floor to be told she was busy. There was NOBODY at the desk except her. I asked if she could let the other rooms know to keep it down as they were kids being EXTREMELY LOUD. If the right person steps on certain spots their foot will go through the floor. -some loose dog food found in pantry cupboard -boogers left on the wall opposite the toilet -curtains with minor damage -bathtub finish has damage and messy caulk -bathroom fan caked with dust -toilet takes a long time to flush -Refrigerator is missing the door handle -the room smelled of dog and food although I signed an agreement not to have animals in the room. "
