Two themed tiny houses with a private rooftop deck and patios, perfect for families or friends. Dive into entertainment nearby: solve puzzles at Escape the Park, explore the Fort Sill National Historic Landmark & Museum, and visit the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center. Catch shows at Apache Casino Hotel or live music in downtown Medicine Park. A one-of-a-kind stay near Fort Sill. The Space: The InnHabit tiny house resort contains 10 separate tiny houses arranged into 5 sets of tiny houses, each with a separate downstairs and upstairs unit. The 5 sets are arranged in a semicircle around a central grain bin gazebo gathering place. Let the Music Play is one of the second floor tiny houses, and it is located to the southwest behind the gazebo (to the back right if you enter from the front InnHabit arch), above Prairie Life, next to the ballerina tree carving. It has a queen bed with a full sized trundle that pulls out from under the queen, as well as a kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge, and a bathroom with shower stall. Guest Access: Guests that reserve Let the Music Play will have their own second-floor landing deck, as well as an entire rooftop deck with additional seating. They also have access to the common gazebo and the grounds. The Neighborhood: InnHabit is a tiny house resort nestled in the small southwest Oklahoma town of Medicine Park surrounded by the Wichita Mountains. Onsite at InnHabit are Little Bear Street Eats restaurant, The Refuge Ale House bar, Little Bear Sweet Eats dessert shop, Misty’s Popcorn shop, The Spot at Mt. Scott pet boutique, and Great Ash Cigars shop. Other shops and restaurants are across the street and a very short walk away. We are in the heart of town, so expect lots of foot traffic and occasional noise, especially during events. In the Heart of Medicine Park, Right outside of Fort Sill perfect for Basic Training Graduation. Getting Around: InnHabit offers one reserved parking spot per tiny house. We are within an easy walk to all that Medicine Park offers, including shops, restaurants, swimming, hiking and biking trails, kayak launch areas, and fishing. So park at InnHabit and explore our town on foot! Other Things to Note: Note: You are free to use the community gas grill in the gazebo, but you will need to bring your own utensils and dishes. The health department will not let us provide them; we can only provide disposable items at this time. Note: The stairs to the rooftop deck are very steep, and should be climbed like a LADDER (facing it going up and down). This year we decided to stay at the InnHabit. The room was decorated in Art decor and although it is a small room, it was plenty big enough for my husband and I. It was to cold being February to use the upstairs balcony, but I can tell just from our view of our upstairs room, that it would be a great hangout spot with a view for a Spring or Summer evening. The area around the rooms are very unique and inviting. We enjoyed trying new foods from Little Bear street eats and tried several things from Misty’s popcorn. I highly recommend both places located also in the Innhabit resort. The owners are great and very welcoming. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Imogene C. Each tiny home was spotless and the sign with birthday wishes was a nice touch! The setup of these tiny homes allows family and friends to have their own space, yet a nice shared area to meet up. Everyone also enjoyed the rooftop decks to watch the sunset. The location is perfect for walking to the shops and restaurants in Medicine Park. Our hosts responded to communication quickly. We also appreciated the short check-out list. All too often, rentals have a long list of chores before one leaves.
