Crown molding, beautiful kitchen w/slab granite counters & Stainless Steel appliances, gas fireplace w/slate surround & mantel, hardwood flooring, natural Beech wood cabinetry, 12 ceilings +more. The master suite features a soaking tub, glass-surround shower, double vanity. Lower level has 2 bedrooms, full bath room & exit to covered patio. Guest have access to the full house and yard, except for the garage. There is parking in the drive way for up to 2 cars. This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and features views of the Rogue Valley hills. It is near RoxyAnn Winery, historic Jacksonville and Ashland are only 20 minutes away, with other nearby cities with many activities. There are 2 medical centers in town which are both a 10 minute drive away. The home is in a nice residential area that is beautiful and it's just outside of anything you need-restaurants, stores, etc... It was a very short drive to historic Jacksonville which was the reason for our visit. It is also close enough to take a quick trip to the coast and to the Redwood Forest.
