DO NOT STAY HERE. The staff is not just rude and unprofessional, they're actually belligerent. Making you're guests feel unsafe is not a great way to make up for the generally rundown and shabby conditions of this flea trap.

This is an older hotel, for sure, and it shows in some ways. However, I found everything was clean and the room was comfortable. Based on some of the previous reviews, I really wasn't sure about staying here, but I didn't have any problems with this place at all. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was spacious and clean, I found the bed comfortable, and despite being located on the main thoroughfare through town, I found my stay to be remarkably quiet. Overall, I thought it was an excellent value and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Spend the extra money on any other place in town…
Dirty. Ceiling in the bathroom was leaking lots of water when the person upstairs was showering. Very loud.

This is a fairly affordable no frills hotel. I would stay here again when driving through. Comfortable bed. Pretty clean. A bit noisey on the first floor.

Extremely Happy!
I had a very nice time! I was in town to deal with family matters and needed a place to stay. This place was a breath of fresh air after staying the night before at another hotel. No crazy locals running around, partying, making too much noise. Here, I was able to relax in a nice, clean hotel and felt very safe. The management-teriffic! There was a slight problem and they immediately fixed it. Very caring people and they made my visit here in Grants Pass a wonderful experience.

Good basic motel
A very basic motel - a little worn, but clean and comfortable. Good hot water in the shower. We didn’t need luxury for one night, so this was just fine. Also pet friendly.

Never again.
Room was poorly maintained. Sink faucet did not work properly. Outlet where microwave was plugged in would trip when used and resetting was not consistently successful. We stayed three nights. The room was supplied with exactly two each, towels, hand towels and wash rags, all had stains.

During COVID everything isn’t as good as before. The check in went smoothly and the desk clerk was happy and easy to talk to. The room was much smaller than expected and had a musty odor but we aired it out and it was fine. This was the cheapest spot in town and it shows. But nothing went wrong and we hit the road the next day feeling fine.

My stay was not good at all. I'd requested handicapped accommodations, nor were to be had they only had one room and it was Occupied. BathTub was slippery, sheets were so stained they looked filthy. Our used.Without changing. Beds moved when because their Wheels weren't locked. And no continental breakfast was available.

We took our daughter here for a family trip and the accommodations were fine but we were charged a damage deposit that was never returned even though I know nothing was damaged. We won’t be staying there again

An inexpensive warm room if that's all you need.
Pros: Price & heater. Cons: Towels had stains, shower barely worked, neighbors in & out all night, breakfast was stale cereal and you have to ask for bread for toast. I'll give another hotel a chance next time.

DO NOT STAY HERE ! There’s a lot of hotel choices in Grants Pass , this place as ran by a group of East Indian Crooks . We stayed here for three nights while in GP for work , when checking out they refused to give our $100 deposit back because two towels were dirty ,not only did the lady at the front desk lie about the manager being gone , but she couldn’t give me a straight answer about when the manager would be in , the lies just kept coming . Beware do not stay here , this place is ran down to boot .

The room was infested with ants and we had to change rooms twice. The beds were very uncomfortable. The amenities and breakfast were of poor quality. Highly recommend you look else where.

I booked a two-night stay on hotels.com I arrived at 12:30 a.m. the owner was not happy about getting woken up by 7 a.m. I was in the office having they're free cheap breakfast he asked me tons of questions being nosy about why I'm in Oregon by 10 a.m. I'm trying to leave the hotel it is pouring rain and magically he's sitting out front of my hotel door to tell me I have 3 people instead of 2 as it shows online he told me come to the office come to the office now you told me 2 people I asked him if I can do this later when I come back he say no come to my office now yelling at me in the rain he's aggressive & disrespectful give me a app charge of $22 later I looked online and it would have been the same price later that day I came back to the hotel going in the right direction the entrance only direction he was exiting out of the entrance only direction he was honking his horn holding it down screaming throwing his hands in the air as if I was in the wrong long story short sunset in has bad management they're not very nice to paying customers I will not be a returning customer ..

Tweakers in the parking lot, swimming pool was out of order, and added pet deposits that were NOT on this website. Just wanted a cheap one-night stay on the way to the coast, should have went with Motel 6. Woman at front desk was rude and uncooperative, blaming everything on Hotels.com.
