"5 nights here at the Medford Hyatt were great. Friendly and helpful staff at all times. Breakfast was simple yet good each morning. Only thing that would have been extra nice would be the shuttle. It was not operational the staff said at the time being. "

"Nice boutique hotel. Room does not have fridge or microwave, but these are provided upon request. The only issue reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for Property Condition and Facilities was the the ice machine on 5th floor was broken and they had some type of water leak in several rooms on floors 2-7, so there was work being done and there were dehumidifiers in the halls and rooms that they were being repaired. "
