Super clean and well stocked with basic necessities. Comfortable beds and clear instruction from host for check in and check out. The house is great, well set up & lots of room.Spent all day at the river. It was just right, not too cold or too hot. Was shallow enough that you could wade out way to chest deep easy. Our dog loved it too! Our hosts were excellent, stayed in contact with us and even let us check in early. The only 3 minor issues were that the toilet in the en suite master made a whistling noise. The childs swing that my grandkids played on, broke, and was also hanging from a rotten branch and would be very dangerous if it broke. The cover on the barbeque was brittle and stuck to the not very clean grill. Other than that, we would definitely stay there again ##### Barbara G.
