The cost per night is so inexpensive I thought it was a misprint. I was able to reach Savanna right away when I had questions. The guest house was exactly as it is pictured on the app. No traffic, no loud neighbors and a comfortable bed were the perfect recipe for a sound sleep. Cons: This is a small place. I think it's a converted garage or something, but they did make great use of the space. The oven is super small and smoke a little when we used it. The neighborhood is not in the area for my taste and there was a dog barking frequently for the first few days we were there, but for the price it was workable. Pros: The bed was pretty comfortable, washer/dryer and TV all worked great. Savannah was easy to work with and easy access to the place. Savanna was an exceptional host. Communication was easy and quick. She went far beyond to make my stay at Medford as comfortable as possible. For the price of the location, it’s more than a deal. It’s less than 15 minutes from any destination in Medford. It was super clean, it was a lot bigger than I thought it’d be, and it was hooked up with amenities. Savanna even went as far as to provide shampoo/conditioner, a bar soap, a razor, feminine products, towels, blankets, and even foil paper and zip lock bags in case you wanted a home cooked meal. Literally, everything you need is there. The cherry on top was that right when I walked in, the whole place smelled like Christmas.
