There is a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer. We offer a cozy living room to relax after your busy day with a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and air conditioning for those warm days. There is a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, microwave and dishwasher. Kitchen items were on the sparse side, but adequate. We turned the table in the kitchen sideways so that we could eat at it, which made it much for convenient. My husband and I wanted to include my 91 year old mother to see a play in Ashland and found this bungalow specifying we would be 3 adults. The photos along with the description that the bungalow sleeps 4 led us to believe this could work for us. We had decided in advance that we would leave the bedroom to my mother because it was closest to the bathroom and that my husband and I would use the sofa-bed. Unfortunately the sofa-bed that appeared in the photo was not the one we found in the bungalow. It was a size that could perhaps work for a child, but certainly not an adult (not long enough). My mother and I ended up sharing the queen-size in the bedroom, and my husband had to try to sleep on the hard and uneven surface of the sofa-bed. Please try it yourselves to verify the experience. Because we arrived in the evening close to time to see the play, we did not have time to communicate the problems we encountered upon our arrival. We also had trouble with the noise level of the air-conditioning which was off when we arrived in nearly 100° weather. We turned it on while we were at the play and that helped a little, but then turned it off at night preferring to let the cool night air come in from the windows to forgo the noise, but there were not enough windows that could be opened. Last issue was a maintenance person who came to use a leaf blower right under our window to sweep the parking lot at 7 am. I did appreciate that the telephone cord I forgot was sent to me. ##### Jeanette D.
