It is stocked to the gills with anything you would need for entertaining a small crowd (no raucous parties!!), with 4 different sitting areas for your different moods! So clean and well cared for. The outdoor space was lovely, and even has a fountain! Carol was fantastic and gracious, communicating with us even through her son when her internet was having problems. We had a fantastic graduation party for my son, who graduated from SOU with a chemistry degree. Family and friends in the area were able to gather comfortably. I was happy to see that this home was available. My sister and niece joined me on this trip. My husband and I have stayed here many times (10 +/-) over the last 3 years. It's comfortable, clean, well appointed, in a nice neighborhood and QUIET. We don't do hotels anymore. The owners are in touch, the house rules are clear, we fly into Medford close to midnight and go straight to the house. When we arrive, Carol, the warm and friendly owner, has already been in touch and sent me the key code. We feel like we are coming home when we walk in the door. There is coffee waiting for you to make a cup in the morning. It's a quiet, residential neighborhood on the west side of town, a beautiful backyard for relaxing and bird viewing, you're close to the west mountains and Jacksonville, yet also near to everything in Medford. You can cook and barbeque or go to the restaurants nearby. We plan our visits to my mom around the availability of this house. It is that good! ##### Elizabeth C. This trip was busy with Mom, so we didn't cook and we didn't turn on the tv, we just chilled. Usually my husband is with me and he's happy on the couch watching his favorite channels and apps. We've been coming to Medford to visit my parents for 25 years. Now that my mom is alone and in memory care, we try to come 3 or 4 times a year. It's good to see her, but it can be draining, so at the end of the day we just want to relax and unwind. The busy, noisy hotels don't work for us anymore. This house checked off all the boxes for us. It's clean, has a nice kitchen if you want to cook, tv and great gas fireplace in the living room, beds are comfortable ... it feels like home. The neighborhood is pretty and it's quiet. House was perfect and the kitchen was excellent. Clean and spacioud. Great little backyard for sipping mimosas with the girls. It was all better than expected. In a clean, safe, quiet residential neighborhood and only 15 minutes to our event. If i ever need to stay in Medford again, this is my house! (Only thing I'd add are some ice cube trays).
