"We had such a wonderful stay and a special thank you to Valda, Dama, Sara and Wijaya for their exceptional customer service! Everyone went above and beyond, and nothing was ever too much to ask. The rooms were large, beautifully appointed and immaculate, with lovely touches including turn-down service. The property itself was extremely well maintained, with a **rooftop pool, onsite restaurant and happy hour**. The TV also had Netflix, which was a nice bonus. The location was convenient, in a good area with an easy and accessible pickup/drop-off point for taxis and Grab. They also have specials with several local businesses so make sure to ask for partner discounts/vouchers. What really stood out, though, was the service. When a Viator tour we had booked turned out to be a complete sham, the team went out of their way to assist us and try to contact the operator on our behalf. Their help and genuine concern during a stressful situation meant so much. A beautiful property made even better by an exceptional team. Thank you again, especially to Valda, Dama, Sara and Wijaya, for making our stay so enjoyable. ❤️"

"The staff are amazing! Beautiful and obliging for any request. They were very helpful to arrange room change as our room was up a hill and many steps. The photos of resort showed it to flat. So I had booked this as I have had recent surgery on my knee. I thought this place was perfect. To go to breakfast and meals everyday it was a climb up many stairs. Room service was available so it all worked out well. The villa we booked was private with own garden and pool and a flat walk to the beach only very short distance. This is a paradise for young couples and families. This is not a resort for people with disabilities. It is totally unsuitable for wheelchairs and very rocky paths to walk if unstable. A beautiful place but they need to advise correctly access conditions."
