"4th floor smelled of sewage as if they had a backup on that floor recently. Rooms toilet didn’t flush hardly at all The compressor for a/c unit which is mounted directly about the bed would come on every 90 seconds a was quite annoying. A service worker barged into our replacement room to fix the a/c while both me and Ms were clothless in bed and the sink in our new room leaked. The hotel did comp us our 2 night stay due to the issues which was quite good of them. The staff members were polite and helpful aside from the service man barging in without knocking. The issues sucked but they didn’t hesitate to comp us which was nice. "

"The room was very clean and in a neat condition, the place was spacious. The hall way and the elevator was clean. My only complain was the siren from the bank in the middle of night, when I told them they were willing to change the room and give me the quieter room. The place is in nice area, there are lots of cafe and restaurants near by. The staff were very respectful! The terrace is also nice to chill, and the workout center is functional. Also very close to the 1 bus and the metro. "

"The location is great, so many amazing spots walkable from the hotel. The staff were very kind and the light breakfast in the mornings was a nice touch. We had to ask a few times for more towels as they were not automatically given after the room was cleaned. The room cleaning wasn’t very thorough but tidy enough. Overall a good stay. "
