I have stayed in the building before several times and the security team and housekeepers are AWESOME!! It is noisy because you are literally in the middle of the action. I love it but if want quiet family time, this is not it. The only issue is the hot water is inconsistent. The facilities otherwise are clean and comfortable. ##### Paul A. The apartment does not have a washing machine or dryer, the biggest problem is if you have apartment 1 or 2, below there is a restaurant that plays music from 8 to 10 at night super loud and you will not be able to sleep, work or watch TV.
