Caroline, the host, is very responsive and helpful.Pricing is fair. The property is as described, though if you are new to Colombia and Medellín, know that most buildings are not plumbed to include hot water in the sinks or washers. Just in the shower. We stayed 15 nights while studying Spanish in a local language school in Belen. Our only challenge was street and bar noise into the night, with regular cargo flights lifting off or landing at the nearby airstrip. Ear plugs are helpful.
