"AMAZING. AMAZING. AMAZING. Words can’t express how grateful I am to the incredible staff. My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was like a movie. As soon as we arrived they welcomed us with a refreshing tea ceremony and outlined the entire city on a map for us. I’m allergic to gluten and dairy, and the staff went out of their way to shop and prepare special gluten free breads and dairy free smoothies for me. The hammam experience was INCREDIBLE… I had to do it twice because I loved it so much. The Riad organized all of our transportation and services, and I can’t speak enough to the love, care, and memorable experiences they put together for us. From a dinner in the desert, to shopping at cooperatives with true artisans, to beautiful bridal henna with a song to bless us, to having the sweetest driver who took pictures of us everywhere we went, to tailoring a skirt and pair of pants for me, to giving us a lovely farewell. WOW. I have stayed at five star hotels around the world, but the Riad Hikaya is so much more. They became family. We love this beautiful old world oasis and will be back with our family for years to come. Thank you for giving us the honeymoon of our dreams. You are all truly a blessing! -Megan and Cory"

A great hotel

"Our stay was one of the best we have had. Staff were welcoming and thoughtful. The hotel has a very calm environment, which is a great place to retreat from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Special mention of Mohammed the manger, who was so helpful. The food was great, with a large section to choose from. The choice of indoor or outdoor pools was also an added bonus. The hotel itself, has stayed true to its Marrakech architecture, with all the mod cons you would expect. I have been recommending the Kenzi Menara Palace to friends and family. Can’t wait to visit again. "

"Une escapade inoubliable au Jaal Riad Resort ! Notre séjour dans ce havre de paix a été tout simplement magique. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par le personnel attentionné et souriant. L'architecture traditionnelle marocaine et le décor somptueux nous ont transportés dans un autre monde. Les chambres étaient luxueuses, confortables et décorées avec goût, offrant une vue imprenable sur la vue panoramique et la grande piscine. Nous avons également eu la chance de profiter des délices culinaires proposés par le restaurant de l'hôtel Le CAT mettant en valeur leurs goût de service et les saveurs exquises de la cuisine locale. Les moments de détente au bord de la piscine ou dans le spa ont ajouté une touche de bien-être à notre séjour. Short break to Marrakech

"The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They organised a fabulous trip to the Atlas Mountains and as we’re changing hotels took a taxi to the next hotel with our luggage. The bar area was very relaxing and room 9 with access to the private terrace and access to the rooftop pool was a lovely surprise. Cannot recommend highly enough. "
