The lovely lady at breakfast was very attentive. I would like to see some outdoor seating and signs showing where the stairs are by the elevators.

The property was great, the staff was amazing but Expedia needs to fix it where it states the hotel offers a bar, there’s no bar. Per the hotel, this is an Expedia issue, not the hotels. They don’t put what is offered in the site. We chose this hotel based on a bar being in the hotel.

Even though it was just a short layover, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was ready and well stocked.

Crystal at the front desk is wonderful. She is friendly and engaging. We asked for a room overlooking the pool and after checking availability she found us a great room. The hotel and room are clean and smell nice. Very pleased with the accommodation!

Great stay. Typical of what you’d expect from a Hampton Inn. Service was excellent in my interactions with front desk staff and breakfast staff. Our cell phone (AT&T) reception in the hotel was not great… perhaps it was the town/area. Also there were no usb ports on the room so bringing a block was essential.

Hotel is very clean. Room was clean. Only problem and it is my problem not the hotels. The beds are firm. I prefer soft beds. But overall great clean, quiet, easy stay. Friendly helpful staff. Convenient to everything in Mebane.

Nice stay- but extra charges not explained
I was happy with the room. It was clean and comfortable. The pool was small but clean as well. I liked that pool towels were provided. I also enjoyed the gym. It too was VERY small- but clean. The front desk staff was kind enough but did not answer the phone and were not at the desk when needed. The kitchen staff was FABULOUS and the breakfast was great! The cookies were put iutbearlyband fone quickly but you could get coffee all day!! The major bad thing though was thing was that I was not told of a pet fee over the phone, when I checked in, OR when I checked out!!! I just noticed it on my credit card statement later- and it was nearly $100!!!

Definitely would stay here again. The lady at check in was absolutely wonderful! Room was comfortable and clean and breakfast looked pretty decent if I had had time to stay and eat it before getting back ok the road.

The hotel was not what I thought it would be like. The room was very clean but beds were not comfortable at all. I slept on the desk chair for a couple hours. I was thankful to be on the first floor. Being a type1 diabetic I noticed the breakfast did not meet my needs. Was thankful for the coffee. The check in and check out associates were very nice. If I need to go back to this area I probably will not choose this hotel again.

Don’t stay here!
The hotel was under much needed renovation. The breakfast was of poor quality with little options. We were booked for three nights, but only stayed for two. Our room had no heat and the desk clerk seemed disinterested in getting us heat. She told us to just wait and the room might warm up. It never did. This place needs new management

The staff was wonderful and helpful with the few items that I brought to their attention. I noticed that there were some areas of the hotel under renovation. The maintenance staff were also friendly and unobtrusive while they carried out their work. When I consider the location, the staff and the cost of stay. This hotel was very nice and I will surely return to it as I know that I’m considering relocating to this area and this hotel is a safe bet during the consideration process.
