Nestled along the calm shores of Silver Lake, this home is located in the quiet and sought-after North Shore Drive neighborhood—just steps from the water and with unbeatable views of the iconic Silver Lake Sand Dunes. Welcome to The Koertside Cottage, your serene lakefront getaway on North Shore Drive in the heart of Mears, Michigan. This beautifully renovated home sits right on the shores of Silver Lake and offers panoramic views of the sand dunes, private dock access, and the perfect blend of modern comfort and natural beauty.  
  
Inside, you’ll find a bright, open-concept living area with vaulted ceilings, huge windows, and a spiral staircase that adds character and charm. The cozy fireplace anchors the space, while the dining area and fully equipped kitchen (with eye-catching blue cabinetry and fish-themed pendant lights) invite long meals and laughter.  
  
Sip your morning coffee at the custom-built coffee bar or unwind in the massage chair with views of the lake just outside. Step onto the deck and grill dinner as you watch boats drift by or head down to the dock for swimming, boating or sunset lounging. You are welcome to bring your boat, launch it at the nearby public access, and use the dock during your stay!

The house was great with plenty of room. The massage chair was a hit. There was a trampoline dock for the kids to play on. The view of the dunes was stunning. Silver Lake is so beautiful of an area, we love the dunes.

#### Beautiful Location

The house was amazing, plenty of space & all the items you need for the stay from comfy beds to an extremely well stocked Kitchen! The location is very beautiful & in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely rent again, the additional suite above the garage was a huge bonus!
