Excellent Getaway
We had an excellent experience. The Front Desk check in was efficient and the "new guy" was very friendly. Details of the amenities were clearly explained. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very large and clean. The breakfast, and the lady managing it, were top-notch. The food was tasty with plenty of options.

We have stayed here several times while visiting family. This was the first time I felt as though attention to detail was just not where it has been in the past. I want to give a very big shout out to the lady who did the breakfasts on 11/23 and 11/24. She kept everything clean and stocked. The pool area was clean and had towels each time we went there. The parts that were just a disappointment was the number of out of order items- laundry, ice machine, drink machine. There was no sign of the evening happy hour in the lobby by sign or word of mouth. The hot water for tea was cold and empty. It was just a bit disappointing knowing how we have enjoyed our stays in the past.

Fall family visit.
We have stayed at the Hampton Inn in Meadville a number of times and each visit has been very pleasant. This past visit the parking lot lights were not very bright, but not many cars in the lot helped keeping us close to the entry doors. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had many options to choose from, so we were pleased with that. Every staff member we had contact with was very friendly and helpful. We ;will stay here again when visiting family in Meadville.

We needed to travel last minute to attend a funeral in the area. We arrived after 1am and the front desk attendant was available and made the check-in process very smooth. I received all information about WiFi, breakfast, facility hours, etc and was able to quickly get the key and to the room. The room itself is very clean with comfortable, crisp beds and a sparkling bathroom. The only small issue is there are only 2 lamps and a light at the doorway, so it's a bit dark on rainy days in the room itself. The bathroom is very bright.

This was a comfortable place to stay while we came for a visit to Allegheny College. We arrived in Pittsburgh on a red-eye and in Meadville at noon and they managed to find us a room right away before the official check in which was nice. Obviously they can't always do that, but ti was so helpful this time. They're also trying to help me track down the prescription glasses I left there. So I appreciate the staff's extra care for customers.

Everything was great. Very polite, courteous and efficient front desk staff. We were offered fresh cookies as we checked in, which we appreciated. The room was spacious, clean, very inviting when we stepped in. The pool was big and wonderful. We had a relaxing evening in there. We slept great in the beds. They were very comfortable. The overall stay was a great get away.

Room had no full drapes. Although it had sheers, the drapes only covered about 1/3 of the window and in the morning as well as at night the room was too bright to sleep. Will never stay in this property.

I had a lovely stay here when my daughter went to visit a local college. This hotel is basically like any other off the highway, but it's very well-maintained, and the staff was the friendliest I've encountered at a Hampton Inn anywhere. Super helpful with recommendations about where to eat. Cookies and hot chocolate available when I checked in. Breakfast was decent. The room was very clean, and the temperature just right. Aside from some worn furniture (the result of the HUGE fridge rubbing off the wood surface) and some super noisy kids who were running around the halls and banging on doors (no fault of the hotel), my stay was pretty great.
