My family is spread out across Oklahoma and Texas, so this was a great meetup. There are plenty of games to play, inside and out. Kitchen is well stocked, as well as the super nice touches in the bathrooms. Loved the huge kitchen table for playing games. Beds were comfy. Sarah, the manager, was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. This house was so much more than we expected. You can see the lake from the front of the house, and the back. I just about packed my entire kitchen and brought with it with me. I could have left everything at home. The kitchen was huge and was fully equipped! Dry roomy in living and dining rooms. Back yard with fire pit is big, front porch area was huge and covered, had a lot of seating. We will definitely be back! Our property manager was just a text message away. The property was in great condition and very conveniently located for our trip. The guys in our group were able to get to their marina for early morning fishing within 10 minutes, and the casino was only 20 minutes away.
