The guests before us had a very good time and left proof of that throughout the property.... Water bottles were left under the couches, popped balloons were everywhere (inside & out), cigarette butts, throw up in the water closet in the primary bathroom, dishwasher was full of dishes, given the unexpected late check-in because of the cleaners, the house should have been clean. We pushed all that to the side because the view was beautiful. We wanted to love the outdoor space, but with no lighting on the stairs or the boat dock, it makes it difficult to enjoy in the evenings (when is considerably cooler) Overall, I was very disappointed and would not rent again. ##### Marissa W.
