The house is spacious (over 3000 square feet) and is designed for entertaining. There's a living area with large 4k high mo definition tv and a parlor for relaxing, a private outdoor area with solo wood stove and outdoor seating and gas grill. This house has two full kitchens; one on each floor. Super fast fiber internet too. There are two parking spaces in the driveway as well as additional parking along the street if needed. The house is in a lovely neighborhood for walking. We looked for a while and picked this house for its beauty and location. We often take a walk in the morning to downtown or to the granary where we stop by for a cappuccino and a local made pastry. The house is in a central location for all types of day trips. It was very clean and well-appointed. The carriage house with pool and ping pong tables was a real treat and bonus. We walked to 3rd Street each day through the quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Large family areas, comfortable beds. The house has been completely remodeled and looks fantastic!! It comes equipped with everything you would ever need in the kitchen and throughout the house. There is a carriage house just out the back door that serves as a recreation area. Inside the carriage house you will find a brand new pool table an new ping pong table in one room. In a second room you will be entertained by a very large HD TV and a comfortable couch along with a frig and beautiful table for 8 plus seating. The owners of the house were great to work with. If you looking for first class accommodations this is the place for you. Our family was celebrating a birthday and it’s one celebration we will remember for a long time. ##### Chuck S.
