"The hotel was extremely clean and super comfortable. The beds were really comfortable compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at for the same price. They have coffee available 24/7 which I loved. The room was over all pretty clean. House keeper put the trash bag I had on the floor on top of my things. The drinks spilled all over my stuff which was upsetting but I’ll live. The pool was filthy. Really needs to be cleaned. I was looking forward to the breakfast but never woke up on time lol over all I would stay here again. "

"One mishap with front desk when I checked in. I was questioned about my service animal. I was questioned and withheld with proper documentation stating my pup is a service animal. The young front desk agent needs to properly make sure she properly reads documentation. "

"Our stay was great. The room was everything that we needed, but there are some ‘buts’: the only way to get ice easily in from your room fridge, but it’s not easy when your ice maker doesn’t work. Also this is a work oriented hotel. We did not get our room serviced because the maid came by at 7:45 AM, presumably after most people go to work, but it was on a Sunday and they never came back; so no service during our stay. We’re pretty tidy people; so not a huge problem for us, but others might really have an issue."
