« The location was the only good thing about this place. There’s plastic on the couches that sit very low to the floor and are difficult to get up from. This is like a college rental. The minute I walked in we could hear everything the upstairs neighbors were saying and doing, not even during a party, just walking and talking. My elderly father was with me who has a heart issue and needs sleep so I immediately messaged the property owner asking for a refund since we could not possibly stay there....

« Property was as advertised. Location was terrific. We did not have a rental car, but having private parking is an added bonus. Accommodations were great. Everything was in working order. David (Host) was very communicative and was one step ahead of me even before I had a question. »

« Super cute rental. It was updated and modern. The bed was very comfortable with luxury bedding. The owners were really nice and helpful. Only two blocks from the Metro station so we didn't need a car. The neighborhood had many local places to eat and several grocery stores nearby. We will stay here again if we return to DC. »

« This rental space is well-maintained with an upgraded bathroom and a luxuriously large bed for sleeping. I did not try out the sleeper sofas but they appeared to be in fine condition. There is a small hotel-size fridge and microwave, with basic utensils for travelers who plan to eat most meals elsewhere, or microwave meals. Do pay attention to the details of additional expenses.
