The house is clean and spacious. The living room is so comfortable with the fireplace and the game room is so much fun to hang out, listen to music and play games. We built a fire in the fire pit and spent time in the hot tub each night. There's everything you would need in the kitchen (Even though we didn't cook) and plenty of towels with laundry on site, Being right at the base of the Wisp it was a short walk to the mountain coaster each morning and you aren't far from anything around the lake. This is by far our favorite place to stay in Depp Creek and we were so happy that the availability matched up with our trip. We always have fun at Deep Creek and this rental did not disappoint. Tons of comfy seating in the game room, in the living/dining area and on the deck. We ate out most of the time as it was a short stay, but the kitchen seemed well stocked. The back deck looks directly out onto WISP - I can imagine that this rental would be awesome for ski season! The hot tub was enjoyable although not all the jets were working and the game room was super fun. I managed to get the Ms. Pac-Man high score before I left. Rental was super clean and comfortable, beds were all comfortable and in great condition. Will definitely consider coming back again in the future - summer or winter! ##### Cindy R. The TVs were plentiful and all worked well. The back deck, hot tub and fire pit were great. Everything was very comfortable and close to activities in Deep Creek Lake. One improvement though would be some better knives in the kitchen. It is frustrating and also quite dangerous to have knives that dull and cheap. But overall a great stay. Perfectly located for those who love nature but do not want to be in the "deep woods". Beautiful views of the Wisp slopes, great spot to watch the sunset on the deck, or take an evening soak in the hot tub. This house offers an amazing retreat for young and old, whether you like gaming in the rec room equipped with a pool table, skeet ball, pinball machine , and Ms. Pac Man arcade game; or if you enjoy curling up with a book in front of the gas fireplace, or roasting marshmallows and making smores around the fire pit. Which was awesome as it allowed everyone to come and go as they wanted. The front of the house and deck (and hot tub) face the mountain, which makes for a beautiful view. The game room was a nice touch and we really liked how they had all the main streaming service apps downloaded and available on the TVs. We found everything we needed and more. First of all, this home is big enough that 3 or 4 couples can sleep comfortably (Plus two pull out sofa beds for even larger groups.) We only used one bedroom while we were here but I think we gave 3 or 4 virtual tours to friends to show them the space. The game room was a really good time too. We spent hours having drinks and listening to music while playing games. Every room has a Roku TV so you can log into your pandora, Netflix, Hulu or whatever and enjoy it while you're there. The auto log out feature is also nice so you don’t have to worry about logging all of your streaming apps out. Now onto the house itself. Beautiful. Everything was so clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable and the fireplace really helped keep the living room warm. We cooked a couple meals in the kitchen and there is laundry available downstairs. We were in town right when they started to make snow at Wisp. We spent a lot of time hanging out in the hot tub and watching the snow being blown onto the mountain. Overall a great time. The communication from Brian and Jill was great throughout the entire process. All of the instructions for checking in and out were delivered ahead of time and were detailed which made the whole experience easy. This is definitely a great property that is so convenient to the ski slopes in the winter and a short walk or drive to other local restaurants and shopping. We will definitely be back! Thank you!
