Sleeping accommodations were very comfortable with sufficient space for a large party. The kitchen was functional and pretty well equipped. However, when we arrived we found that the house lacked basic cleaning supplies that are typically available at rental properties (like a kitchen sponge). We also found that the cable tv didn't work because the house didn't have HDMI cables connecting the cable box to the tv. This was resolved the next day, but still annoying. One of the grills would not light, and only when we arrived did we learn that this house which marketed itself with a firepit did not include firewood, a first for my many, many stays at rental properties. Finally, there were no trash bins on property, so everytime we filled a trash bag we had to keep it one of the bathrooms to stay out of the way. With some very simple and inexpensive stocking, this stay would have been five stars, but there were just enough inconveniences I have to give it a three. ##### Corey E. It was comfortable and the hot tub was great (and huge - it really does fit 8 adults). We also deeply appreciated the two full size fridges in the kitchen and the large table and island with stools. The kitchen itself was very well appointed with some exceptions as noted below, but plentiful utensils, plates, cook- and serving-ware. Things that could be better - like many houses built only to make money with no intention to ever be lived in, it was kind of stark and was lacked attention to detail - poor finish work (incomplete framing on our bedroom door meant it could never actually close, kitchen drawer design made lack of drawer pulls frustrating, loose balusters), exactly one (1) cooking knife in the kitchen, dirty icemaker, no comfort items like art or extra blankets, and property was more exposed than I thought. To be fair it's a new neighborhood and therefore not as much tree cover/plant life as there would be in a more settled location and it was too cold for the trees to have leaves, but I was still hoping for a little more privacy. Overall I would gladly stay here again but it might be time for me to seek out properties owned by people and not companies. ##### Camille G. If you are looking for a view of the mountains, lake or golf course keep looking. The cleaning crew left the main bathroom with a dirty brush in the shower and hair on the floor and the landscape was overgrown. I would return to the area just a different house. ##### KIMBERLY E. Perfect house in a beautiful neighborhood! Only wish is that there would have been a full length mirror somewhere. Highly recommend! ##### Dana T. It was not clean, stinking and had ticks in water ( I have pictures) - garbage disposal took us a while to figure out, no clear instructions. Had to keep messy bags and my car and drive around to find dumpsters. - Gas grills were extremely dirty, we had to clean them but it had so much left over grease that it caught fire and we had to close them.
