We didn't notice that the place came with a boat dock but that turned out to be perfect because we ended up renting a pontoon boat and it was nice to have a place to park it if we needed to. Had two coffee pots Keurig and a regular coffee maker. One suggestion I would make is in the master bedroom facing the road I would put blinds that cover the entire windows even the top. Our stay was July 11 through July 15 2019 the sun beats in that room and it was very hot and bright for morning sleeping. .
