This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath home welcomes up to 2 well-behaved dogs and boasts spectacular sunset views over Deep Creek Lake and the slopes of Wisp Resort. Gather outside on the spacious deck to grill dinner, soak in the hot tub, or unwind around the firepit. Inside, stay comfortable year-round with a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings and central air conditioning for warm summer days.The upper level features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living space, and two bedrooms, each with a Queen bed. The lower level is packed with fun, featuring a bunk room perfect for the kids, a common room with a sleeper sofa, and a pool table. Bonus: guests of Bourbon Sunsets have access to the Garrett Community College pool and gym during their stay. Whether you're here for the outdoor adventures or simply to kick back and relax, Bourbon Sunsets is your Deep Creek Lake retreat — with all the comforts of home and unforgettable sunset views. This home does not have cable tv; however, streaming is available using guest's own account. Max. parking spaces: 5. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old. Check-In is between 4 pm – 9 pm. Check-Out is by 10 am. Smoking/Vaping, Parties, Exceeding Max Occupancy or Pet Limit are not allowed. The home's location was easy to find and central to Deep Creek activities. We loved the pool table and other amenities of the home (great AC!!!).
