This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners, and other guests enjoying their retreat.  
  
NOISE: Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.  
\- Keep noise indoors during these hours.  
\- No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.  
  
PARKING: Keep all tires off the road.  
\- Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.  
\- Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840).  
\- No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.  
  
OUTDOOR FIRES  
\- High wildfire risk area.  
\- No open fires.  
\-No unattended fires.  
\- No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).  
\- Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions

#### Memorable family Vacation

Our recent family vacation at this property was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with souvenirs and a list of attractions/things to do booklet. The property itself was stunning, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The surroundings offered breathtaking views and ample space for our family to unwind and have fun.One of the highlights was the owner's exceptional communication. They were incredibly responsive, always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations, and we genuinely had a great time making memories together. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation spot!

#### Relaxing and Comfortable Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. The location was peaceful, and we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. #### Great cabin for youth groups

We had an amazong time during our stay in this cabin. The cabin is very clean, modern design, spacious. Everything is kept orderly and organized. All items and amenities of the house are in great condition and functioning. The game area and karaoke are enjoyed well by our teens. We will definitely go back to this place..
