The Swift Run Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park is 15 minutes away with some of the best hiking on the east coast. JMU and everything else in Harrisonburg is 18 minutes away, and there are several breweries, wineries, and restaurants within 15-20 minutes of the house. 》Mystic Pines is pet friendly! We allow up to 4 pets with a $100 pet fee (total, not per pet or per night). We do require that pets are housebroken, that they not be left alone at the property unless crated, and that they not go on beds or furniture. Feel free to bring your pet’s favorite blanket or bed! Other Things to Note: \- We provide our guests $1500 of coverage for accidental damage to the property or its contents. The cost of this is already embedded in the cleaning fee. \- Massanutten offers hiking, skiing, snowboarding, tubing, swimming, dining, spa, ropes course / zip line, golfing, go carts, mini golf, and much more.. \- We provide a fully stocked coffee bar with multiple coffee drip and Keurig options \- Guests can enjoy community pool access in the summer season for a $6 per person fee. \- Linens and towels provided \- Pack n play, high chair and kid dishes/utensils provided \- Please note that if you would like to send packages to the property, you do so at your own risk. NOISE • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. • Keep noise indoors during these hours. • No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents. PARKING • Keep all tires off the road. • Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host. • Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840) • No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.
