The 3,000 square feet of living space offers the perfect split layout for multiple families to share. Natural light brightens the open living room, kitchen, and dining area with a bonus game table (board games are provided). Breathe in fresh mountain air on the front deck overlooking the views of the mountains, or grill out on the back deck and enjoy the gas fire table. There's something for everyone to enjoy in this spacious mountain home. 6 bedrooms, 4 baths Bedroom 1: Lower level, king bed, ensuite bath Bedroom 2: Lower level, queen bed Bedroom 3: Lower level, king bed Bedroom 4: Upstairs, Queen bed Bedroom 5: Upstairs, attached to bedroom 4, twin bunk and twin over full bunk Bedroom 6: Upstairs, king bed, ensuite bath Sleep sofa (twin) in lower level living area All linens for bedding, towels and washcloths are provided. Paper goods such as toilet paper and paper towels are provided. The kitchen has dishes, cups, utensils, cookware, microwave, and coffee maker. Simply bring your clothes, toiletries and food. Washer and dryer are available. The house is built on the side of a mountain so guests will park at the top of a steep driveway that's accessible to all vehicles but may require 4-wheel drive in icy/snowy weather. Parking is limited in the driveway to 3-4 vehicles and additional vehicles can park off the street or in resort parking lots. SURROUNDING AREA Downtown Harrisonburg and James Madison University are 15 miles from our home. Explore the fantastic restaurants, museums and shops downtown. The Shenandoah Valley offers many attractions including caverns, wineries and breweries. The closest Shenandoah River access is only 10 miles from the house. Enjoy tubing and kayaking during warm weather. The Swift Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive and the Appalachian Trail is only 15 miles away and offers excellent hiking opportunities. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am during which time the noise from the house shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors. No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents. This home has designated parking (a driveway All tires must be off the roadway if parked on the road. Do not block fire hydrants. Do not park in front of another property. There is an overflow parking area if needed, located at 4007 Peak Drive, Massanutten. Buses, campers, and RV’s may not be parked at houses or along neighborhood roads. Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed. No open fires permitted in Massanutten. This is a high wildfire risk area! Fires are strictly prohibited at this property except in the designated fire pit provided. A spark screen must be used at all times and the fire may NEVER be left unattended. Fire pit may not be used during quiet hours of 10pm to 8 am. Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions. No illegal substances are permitted at the home and open containers of alcohol are prohibited on any road or common area. No smoking inside the house. Smoking in the house will incur a $750 fine. Smoking is allowed outside of the house, but all butts are to be cleaned up and safely removed. Pets are NOT allowed at this property. All Trash must be taken to the dumpsters located at 4007 Peak Drive, Massanutten, at check out. A minimum fee of $75 will be assessed if trash is not removed. Trash may not be left outside the home as it will attract wildlife which could endanger you and damage the property. Trash should be removed regularly. \*This home is located in the woods. You will likely see insects (including some that fly) and arachnids.
