DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANTS! Our private neighborhood roads are “highways” for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance. Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots unless this home’s owner or property manager has told you he has explicit permission for you to do so. Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed. If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at: the MPOA Owners’ Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive. Never adjust the thermostat more than 3 degrees at a time (It can cause the system to freeze). Check-out 1\. Please take all used towels and washcloths to the laundry room 2\. Please remove used sheets & pillowcases from beds and leave them at the foot of the bed. 3\. Please remove all open containers of food & drink from the refrigerator, freezer and kitchen cabinets. 4\. Please take all trash from the home. Dumpsters are located at the pool parking lot (4007 Peak Drive, McGaheysville, VA 22840). From our home head back to Massanutten Drive and turn right. 5\. Please make sure the gas grill is cleaned. 6\. Please unload all clean dishes from the dishwasher 7\. Please place all other clean kitchenware back in their cabinets/drawers. 8\. Please turn off all lights, TV’s, Blue-ray players, gas logs, etc. Please note there are security devices located on the outside of the property, located on the doorbell and above the front deck. These surveillance devices are only used for security purposes. Hot Tub, Arcade Games, Near Slopes. It was an amazing getaway. The host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation before and during our stay. The house slept 10 adults comfortably, and the entertainment room was a great feature. The downstairs area with the game room and bunk beds were perfect for our big kids (ages 6-10). The adults had plenty of space in the other rooms. The king room was great for a couple and two pack n plays for toddlers. The toddlers were also able to roam the main floor with minimal babyproofing. The location was very convenient for getting to and from the ski resort. Well-furnished and clean, we had a great time. ##### Kimberly N. We loved having the Christmas tree by the fireplace and the game room in the basement was a hit. Brittany was very responsive with our questions and any issues. The home is beautiful with lots of space for the whole family to enjoy. It is located within a ski resort and so there is a lot to do. Or, you could just stay at home and enjoy the comfortable living room, well equipped kitchen, foosball, air hockey and end the day in the hot tub. Brittany the host is very easy to work with and responds quickly when you reach out to her. My family had a lovely stay. ##### Megan P. Foodlion not far away & does online pickup. Owner was super responsive, anytime I had a question she’d respond within minutes if not seconds. 5 stars! ##### Kelly H. Negatives: many of the dishes were dirty especially the pots and pans. One partial roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. 1 trash bag in each can. Partial roll of paper towels. Empty dishwasher liquid bottle . I understand keeping it simple so people don’t take supplies home but we had to go buy supplies the first day. Leave at least a few rolls of toilet paper and check the dishes when you clean. ##### Amy D. The house had multiple sleeping options and a spacious living room/dining area for us to gather as well as the basement.
