NOISE • Noise that is unreasonable in the judgement of MPOA or its designated agent is prohibited at any time. • Quiet Hours are between 10PM and 7AM. • Keep noise indoors during these hours. Our private neighborhood roads are “highways” for law enforcement purposes per Rockingham County ordinance. • Do not park adjacent to any other homes or lots unless this home’s owner or property manager has told you he/she has explicit permission for you to do so. • Parking rules violators may be subject to having their vehicles towed. • If you cannot park all your vehicles on this property or on the adjoining shoulder of the road, overflow parking is available at the MPOA Owners’ Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Drive.
