🛎️ Age requirement: Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.  
💧 Massanutten Resort Pool Pass only valid for guests within property guest count. The resort checks each visit to ensure groups are not over the guest count.   
  
GUEST VERIFICATION:  
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.  
  
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:  
\- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.  
\- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.  
\- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.  
  
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

#### Women’s Weekend Get Away

Beautiful location and clean home. A few issues throughout our stay but the owner remained very communicative. The stove was nonfunctional at the start of our trip but that was partially resolved on our second day. The hot tub is great during the day, back outdoor lights don’t work so it is very dark at night. We were really looking forward to the sauna but unfortunately it didn’t work. The neighborhood and location is great, we made the best of our trip.

#### Avoid this place. Total disaster from the time we walked in. 

Everything turned out to be not working. Hot tub was filled with yellow filthy water, basic amenities like cook stove not working, oven started giving smoke when turned on. The person who manages the property replies were like computer automated, with no human concern. We just stayed for 2 nights and the property manager it seems just waits for guests to tell what’s not working. They should have checked all this prior to check in. TV not working in one of the bedrooms. It seems the property manager doesn't’ take care of the place. The back sitting area which shows all nice pictures on the listing was filthy. Overall really bad experience and worst part of this is the owner or property management company doesn’t even care about it. Last guest left similar comments and we were already apprehensive. I suggest strongly to avoid staying at this property.
