« So many rentals in Phoenix aren’t able to heat both the pool AND hot tub consistently but this home delivered. Clean, well-equipped. Location in a Hispanic neighborhood which was great for fruit juices/fresh cut fruit stand at the end of the street and great Mexican restaurant and grocery store within walking distance. Communication with the owner was excellent. Very quick to respond. Even when we wanted to extend our stay day of, the owner answered my message quickly and coordinated the details...

It’s only about a 7-minute walk to Chase Field and close to downtown attractions, great restaurants, and coffee shop. The house itself is updated, clean, and well-kept with plenty of extra towels. « We needed a place with privacy for each traveler for a company retreat, and this property offered that. Those who stayed said the property was older and had some cracks due to settling. There are ledges and steps that would make it difficult for those with mobility issues. Other than that, the place was a dream! Nice neighborhood, back patio had shade structures and string lights with grill and charcoal available. Many birds called this place home. They offered emergency soup in case you needed...
