Personnel arrangeant, on a pu avoir un plateau avec tasses et bouilloir dans la chambre. Possibilité de stocker des aliments au frigo commun situé au réfectoire. En ce qui nous concerne, on nous a volé notre bouteille d eau neuve... le receptionniste nous a donné de quoi en acheter une autre pour s excuser du désagrément. Bon rapport qualité prix. « Pris une chambre avec balcon et me suis retrouvé dans une chambre au rez-de-chaussée sans aucune visibilité à part sur le parking.. En arrivant l'hôtelière m'avait prévenu que la chambre choisie n'avait pas de visibilité et si je voulais vue sur le lac c'était 20 $AUD par nuit et que la chambre était au 2eme étage et ceci sans ascenseur.. Donc suis resté au rdc et effectivement psur l'arrière une vue sur un conteneur. Et une odeur dans la chambre, cette dernière ne devait pas être utilisée...
