It is perfectly located with an easy walk along the beach or road into Victor only taking about 20-30 min. The house itself is modern and clean and tidy when we arrived. And of course the only word to describe the view from the lounge/balcony. - Breathtaking! We spent plenty of time looking at that view watching the world go by.
