The room was very clean and spacious. However, being in the end unit, parking was confined as you had a metal railing to keep you on that level of pavement.

Jamie at the front desk was very friendly and really went above and beyond to help us with a reservation change and make us feel welcome. The room was nice and clean when we checked in. I highly recommend this motel for a quick place to lay your head!

Room was dirty, smelled like marijuana, bed frame popped every time you sit or lay down, NO hot water, mysterious stains on chair. The lady that checked me in was amazing. That was the only good thing.

It was conveniently located off I-55, however, the street leading to it was in desperate need of repair. Not sure if they were in the midst of upgrading or not, however, if they are, the room we were in was not finished. Needed attention to baseboard in bathroom as well as paint. Stains on sheets Basically bare bones on amenities. As earlier stated, adequate for a couple of nights but not for an extended stay.

It was cheap, didn't expect much, but I did at least expect coffee or and some type of breakfast in the morning. Not offered. Grounds are a mess with garbage laying all over, room smelled very strongly when we arrived. I've started other places in the area, and I think I'll return to them next time

pay more for somewhere else.
I do not need fancy, but being clean should be a minimal at any hotel. this place is not clean. the bed was covered in hair. there was fecal stains on the SEAT of the toilet. the floor was sticky. I left after 6pm to go get some dinner and when I returned, someone had been inside my room. I know because my trash and towel were gone. The only reason that would happen is if someone was watching and knew I left and was in there looking for something to steal...my opinion and a cynical view, I know.

Good overnight stay
This hotel is off the road so there is some interstate noise but not sleep interfering. It is older but it was clean. The bed was comfortable and all of the staff were very nice and helpful.

The owner of this hotel was incredibly rude. He lied to me and to the Hotels.com rep about not having a room available upon our arrival a little after 10pm. After cancelling my reservation he told me he had one room left that I could pay him direct and not use the service. I told him I was not doing that so he said he had no room. We left the parking lot and then he told the rep that he had aroom for us to come back. I stayed on the line with the rep so she could hear the way he treated us. She told me that I coukd leave and they would take care of finding us another room. Hotels.com was great, but the Super 8 owner was terrible. A complaint will also be filed with Wyndham.

Comfort And Savings In Mississippi!
Comfortable and clean, budget hotel, with an extremely-nice and helpful staff! Great shower with good water pressure! A late check- in was no problem, and they let us check-out at noon. And lots of free parking; close to the highway, but far enough away to eliminate all of the traffic noise.

I paid for two nights. The young lady that checked me in was very nice and sweet. However my first night my room wouldn’t get cold with the A/C on. So I called the front desk the next day and told the man that answered the phone what was going on. He asked what did I want him to do. I told him I wanted to be comfortable in my room and not be hot. He said he would come and check it within the next 15-20 minutes. 25 minutes past and no one came. I called the front desk again and asked the man what happened to him coming to my room. He stated that I only paid for one night and I told him no I paid for two nights he kept going back and forth with me and never asked my name to check in the system to see what I paid for. I ended up going to the front desk and telling him my name and finding out that I was checked in to the wrong room. I immediately checked out and only stayed one night. I went and got another hotel room. I will never stay here again!!!!

.The room I got was on the 1st floor close to everything. Parking almost in front of my room. The room was clean and I had no problems getting anything I needed. They were also great about getting me another key card if I lost mine or couldn't get in as housekeeping may have locked me out with their swipe. I really had no problems until I washed clothes and then found that the dryer did not work until after I put my money in. The kind lady at the front desk allowed me to use the hotel dryer which was above and beyond what she had to do. I had a great stay!

Avoid this one
We had to book this motel last minute when forced off icy roads when the sun went down. When we got our room, there was no microwave as promised, but they did send one up in time for dinner. The sink leaked so the carpet under the sink and bathroom was wet. The heater did not work, thankfully the shower had a heater and it was enough to keep the room livable for the night. Not the worst motel I’ve been in, but really close and really didn’t want my kids in something so sketchy. They had done nothing to handle the ice in the parking lot. As a result, multiple cars slid off the parking lot and we had to get creative to get enough traction to get out in the morning.

Motel 8 by Brookhaven, MS
Overall the room was clean but their was two short hairs by the sink. Look like hair from a electric razor. The chair for the desk had some ugly stains on the seat. I covered it with a towel where I could have a clean seat. Overall everything else was very good for a cheap room.I would stay there again.
