We loved all the outdoor space and the layout was perfect for our family. The kids loved downstairs, while we were able to escape upstairs. The location was great and easily accessible, however not much of a view. Upon arriving, I was impressed with how clean it was but a deep clean especially dusting would take it up a notch. The electric fireplaces made feeling cozy so convenient and easy. The master bathroom was a beautiful luxury. Better instructions on the jacuzzi would be helpful. We had to google the brand and figure out ourselves how to work the settings, but got it hot so not a big deal in the long run. Overall we had a great time. ##### Teresa S. We had to buy our own which we left at the cabin for future renters. Had a few issues at the cabin while we were there, but the property management team was prompt with their response and fixed the issues right up with little to no inconvenience to us. Our kids especially loved the ping pong table and board games, which kept them entertained the whole time (huge bonus for us!). The cabin is conveniently located just about 15 minutes from Blue Ridge, where we spent time at the park and exploring downtown. The roads were in good condition. We fit three cars ( 2 Toyota RAV4, 1 Honda pilot) in the parking. We are all our meals at the house and fixed Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen is well stocked except maybe a few more forks and spoons. The beds were comfortable and the games were fun. The house would be good to have one more trash can if large families Come to stay for more then five days. We had a wonderful time and we would like to come back one day. ##### Jen S. Extremely satisfied is an understatement. Everything was the same as we saw online. We had an amazing time and didn’t have to go out because all amenities worked out for us in the cabin. Me and my husband stayed in the luxurious cabin for our honeymoon & we do no regret one part of it!!! This cabin is as nice as the pictures and love that it is dog friendly! We got to bring our pup, who is like our child and he loved it as much as we did! The town is wonderful & close, everything is mainly on one road which is nice. 10/10 recommend this cabin & we will be back for sure! ##### Demi D. Easy to get around the local area. We had to call the management company for two items, they responded immediately! The staff that helped us, resolved our issues and were very friendly!
